It probably can't do any harm.The reason I say probably not worth it, is because you can talk to your local wholesalers, local REIA, local real estate agent/broker, who is also an investor, you can ask ChatGPT, etc. etc. you can find all your answers there.

Can I split the cost of the plumber and tank repair on both tenants, as they both clearly were using the wipes and it's very hard for me to believe they were NOT flushing them.

@Leland S.This is going to be very costly and the issue it is not resolving is vibratory noiseHaving built many building there is sound and vibration transmission - you can dampen the sound (again costly) but if it’s hardwood floors or a kid above it’s not going to stop the pounding / jumping .Is this a real issue brought by the tenant?
