Closing costs for a refinance are always the same: origination charge if the bank has one, title, appraisal if one is required (usually paid out of pocket by borrower), any points for the rate if it's below par, pre-paids such as taxes and insurance for your escrow account.

Brokers have the ability to stop syndicating their listings to Trulia and Zillow and other third-party sites with a simple click of a mouse.My brokerage, Hub Edge Realty, has never syndicated its listings to any third-party sites except Realtor.com, because Hub Edge Realty's MLS, MLS PIN, has a pre-existing agreement with Realtor.com, and MLS PIN Homes, because it's MLS PIN's own search site and is not bedraggled with competitors' advertisements.

so i found a duplex but its in a bad neighborhood. from the looks of it i wouldn't have to do any work with them which is a plus. should i let the bad neighborhood stop me from making an offer?
