So imagine you catch pseudo-communist millennials in fatigues and backpacks moving there stuff into your office and you call the police...sorry, nothing they can do for you, you have spend months and thousands of dollars to get them out.  

I know many D class landlords and do not know of one single landlord who hires a security guard to collect rent.Further, I worked as a police officer in some of the worst neighborhoods in Long Beach, CA for over a DECADE and not once was I ever dispatched to a robbery of a landlord, attempted robbery of a landlord. 

The police HATE dirty landlords with histories.

Prior to that I worked in a factory and before that the military and police.  

There is a rat out number to police STRs in LA and someone has a full time job enforcing the units starting 11/1. 

Hi everyone:I am curious if any 1031 experts could weigh in on the following:  I believe that 1031 exchanges disallow "related party transactions" where family members are related parties if they are siblings, spouses, ancestors, and lineal descendants. 

Police just came by and told them to evacuate immediately since the fire is on the other side of the mountain at this point.
