Newbie in the SF Bay Area

Hello everyone! My name is Katherine and a friend very recently introduced me to the Bigger Pockets podcasts and now I’m hooked! My husband and I recently purchased a small condo in SF but we are primiarily interested in learning more about investing (buy and hold) out of state. More specifically I’d love to connect with other folks who have experience in evaluating different markets and the realities of being an out of state investors. Looking forward to chatting!

@Katherine Tsay welcome to BP.  My original post was removed by the BP posting police...  There is an event this weekend in Oakland, that apparently I am not allowed to mention but has been widely discussed for many months on BP.  I am not the host, but I think that this event would be of great benefit to you and your husband.  There is no high pressure selling or boot camps to sign up for.  There will be local investors like @J.
