I do not think tattoos are a definition of a persons character, however even as an owner of body art it is still quite hard to not take a second look and say "hmmm". and I could only imagine how a middle aged couple would feel discussing the sale of their house with someone of that image if it is not something normal for them to see.

I can't imagine a roommate wanting to live with either, so I think a roommate should be able to limit how many people they are willing to share their dwelling with.

What they haven't ruled on is how an entity might determine the accredited status, but I imagine proof of funds, financial statements and W-2s would be a good start.

As for the mechanicals, the house I am looking at is about 60 years old, so even if the stuff works right now, I imagine it will require attention sooner or later.
