Private Placement Offerings

Hey guys,

I have spent more time on the SEC website than just about anywhere after my initial questions here on BP. During my most recent search I came across this,

"Eliminating the Prohibition Against General Solicitation and General Advertising in Rule 506 and Rule 144A Offerings"

I found it here, the link is work and family safe.

http://www.sec.gov/info/smallbus/sbpend.shtml

Would this loosen the reins quite a bit on soliciting investors? Any chance that this would actually be implemented from the JOBS act? I have a meeting with my mentor and attorney on Wednesday, but am curious as to what you guys have heard or seen???

Trevor
