Is it common for you all to pay anything up front or go thru things with the manager like app fees, background check, and deposits?

I meant the phone app.

I joined the community and have been using the app on my tablet and phone.

Just curious what everyone uses as a scheduling app or journal?

An app called ReceiptBank integrates with it and I just take pictures of all bills and receipts and most of it just reconciles automatically.There’s another add-on we use that automatically invoices all the tenants And allows them to pay online.  

You already have all the paperwork in pdf 's Hopefully new lender has a web based app that you can upload and see what you sent them and see the progress.
