Add ethernet cat5 or cat6 wiring in every room except the bath(s) and bring them together in some hall closet would be fundamental IMO. 

To say that Amazon has done anything less than fundamentally transform the city since then is simply wrong.

See this fundamentals in action, people he and his better half know and have seen  things and have applied this their fundamental  knowledge in the real world.

I will make more just on simple referral fee's than many w 2 workers do in a year and I mean simple ... one phone call or e mail and bam 5 to 10k in referral fee's from someone around the country.
