The coach himself, and I believe Michael as well, stated that it would take this amount of time but would be a worthwhile activity to identify areas in which there were single family homes, with X amount of equity, and be most attractive to pursue as an investor. 

I bought into an expensive database, but I was working at a large enough scale to make the cost of getting contact info worthwhile.

If I had to guess this property is gonna need at least 80k-100k for repairs I believe.Trying to build a strategy to attack this if it's even worth while.

Most are not worthwhile and the ones with REAL meat get bought by the original buyer. 

However, for accredited investors, it's worthwhile to consider scaling up to syndications and private placements as limited partners (LPs).

You want to network so you can make sure the experience you get with someone is worthwhile.

@Wayne Brooks I would agree and even suggest the net to make an S-Corp worthwhile to be even higher than 50k.

If you do just first name, last name, city, state, and zip you need a lot more entries to make it worth while because the match rate will be a lot lower.

But it sounds fun and quite worthwhile!

If it changes the terms of the loan enough to make it worthwhile, then maybe live in it, but I imagine that the income from renting “my” unit would be greater than the savings.
