I bank at a bigger bank but it is not a nation wide bank just a 4 state area. 

Keep in mind, that prices vary widely depending on what area in or around Waco the house is located at.

The area I am looking at has such a wide variety of property type it's difficult to find anything that is similar builing, age, square footage.   

@Ann Bellamy  its pretty much industry wide if you want a healthy and long term run as a HML you don't give 100% loans to those just starting out .. or who have limited capital.... that was pre 08 and look were that got us  LOL

Now the information was great but I knew it would lead to more money  that we don't have, so after day one I began searching the web and I stumbled to this site and my eyes opened so wide and I love what I see.A little background, I've worked in the public sector for 30 years, but I cannot retire because Of my age, but I want to do something else and I want to leave our kids a legacy.

Pull your vehicle sideways, it's only 6' wide or so, after the drop, pull your vehicle away.The truck should be able to the garage door or close, tie the rope off inside if you can. :)
