Private/Hard Money Lenders In Massachusetts

Looking for lenders who lend 100% LTV for rehab projects, and also finance the rehab. Anyone know of any?? Thank You!

Yes, what @Jay Hinrichs said.  I have little more to add, except that while you may feel that Jay is on the west coast and may not know the market here, I also don't know of anyone who lends 100% of purchase and 100% of rehab to newbies.  Or even if you have experience, you would be a new customer.  

You need to find someone to provide the cash:  a family member, a partner who has cash and no time, etc.  And to do that, you'll need to highlight what you bring to the table, other than enthusiasm.  

Sorry, I know it's not what you were hoping to hear.
