I'm a short guy (5 foot 8 inches) and I had to dodge around the ceiling lights so as to not hit my head.Basically, there is no way this guy is going to rent this place for $535 in this market (to people that aren't complete dimwits at least).

Fascinating that they are talking about the need to hire many more IRS agents in order to insure that individuals and businesses are purchasing health insurance or paying the penalties involved.As government grows and social programs grow and a large segment of the population retires those left that work or provide jobs will be footing a huge bill.

After buyers have been looking at dark, hot, smelly houses all day (because the listing agent hasn't set foot in there in 2 weeks), when they walk into a nice, bright, cool and fresh house, they are going to notice the difference.So again, don't settle for an average agent.

Neither of those makes sense to me.To "totally renovate" the interior of a house would likely cost at least $20-25 per square foot from a typical contractor, even if it's only a cosmetic renovation.
