Free Online Advice from a Physical Therapist

As a service to the members of BP, I thought I'd offer some free advice as a physical therapist. I am board certified as an orthopedic specialist, so those of you that have knee, shoulder, neck, hip, back, and ankle problems, give me your complaints and I'll give you my 2 cents.
