Hello everyone,
I am new to BP. My name is jason pratt I live beautiful knoxville, TN I really don't have any experience in real estate investing but am trying to get my foot in the door. I have been reading the forums and blogs on BP and wondering where I can get a copy of a assignment contract that protects myself if for some reason I can't close on a property in the given amount of time. Just trying to get some help and if there is someone here close to knoxville who would like to do a little mentoring I am in desperate need.
