There are some pretty serious talks of regulations going on right now and a lot of hosts are very upset about the TPT tax laws in particular.

Havent read much about strict regulations either.

It's a great investing environment here, lots of activity and like all the others said the strong military presence keeps a healthy flow of buyers, sellers, and renters!

It isn't illegal unless it is spelled out in a regulation or law.

Make sure to study up on the rules and regulations that go along with it. 

For rules and regulations, are there any must have additional rules and regulations that you add into the form that you learned over the years?

There are too many rules and regulations that make it prohibitive to operate and make a profit.

In speaking to them in a non-rushed environment, I was able to dive deeper into what they are doing and what they are looking for. 

The regulatory environment is different from one area to another so the degree with which city water/sewer is superior is different depending on where the property is.  

I saw the need for a trusted platform, saw the changes in securities regulations, and came to the conclusion that crowdfunding is the kind of disruption that has the potential to completely change the investing landscape.
