I'm not seeing many option for Utica in general when I search the services section here at BP, and the few companies I found online have pretty poor reviews.

Everywhere I search online in regards to Landlord's/Investors using QB, always references, or assumes, the Landlord/Investor is managing their own properties.

A business ID no. is typically just that State ID no. for your entity.....you have to apply to the irs, online for your EIN. 

I want to update everyone on my progress in case someone else has the same question as me / wants to learn from my experience.Update 5/22I did some online research (google/yelp/etc.) and reached out to a couple property mgmt companies.

I hate chasing people, and this guy takes care of business.Feel free to message me if you cannot find his phone number with an online search.

Many deals never hit the public, if it's online for the world to see and it sits for a year or more, there's likely a good reason.Last one. 

I just stumbled upon it one day online.

On the other hand, we reviewed thousands of properties on line, went to PR 3 different times to check out those that we thought met our investing criteria and decided on this one. 

Will need to furnish and get the unit online.
