I pulled the property card on this house already, I have estimated the repairs and I believe I have pulled some reasonable comps all under 3 miles of the property because there were no homes in that neighborhood.

I thought there would be just ONE bank for ONE business credit card, but it turned out that they submitted my application to 7 banks (who knows, maybe more), which at least two are for personal credit cards.
