Hi, How to find help with marketing for mobile homes out of state?

My dad owns a smaller mobile home park that can hold 10-12 units depending on how tightly he wants them in there.

Recently I have noticed a lot of mobile homes for sale with seller financing options.

System is very easy but checked all the boxes for echeck, cc option, online and e-signature leases, ability to have co-signer mobile e-signature, tenant screening with Transunion, auto email reminders sent to tenants, leases and biking can be split between multiple tenants in the same unit, auto late fee, video upload for maintenance requests, maintenance tracking, etc.

There is a main home (built in 1901, 3/2.5, 1500 sf ish), a studio in-law suite (former 2-car garage, 520 sf), and a "she-shed" (120 sf, no kitchen, only bathroom).When we bought it, the property appraised as a duplex (it also has a mobile home on it, which was removed).

I don’t think he should destroy his home and put a mobile home there.  

Being in Clearwater I see mobile home parks everywhere and was wondering is anybody flips mobile homes and has success with it. 

Apparently, she is having difficulty finding a place to accommodate her limited mobility.
