Recently I have noticed a lot of mobile homes for sale with seller financing options. Has anyone had good experiences with purchasing mobile homes as rental properties? I was looking at on the was already remodeled and in turn key condition with a seller finance option. I know mobile homes don't appreciate like other real estate. Thoughts?

Mobile/manufactured homes are not of the greatest quality.

i would be very leery of renting one out regardless. Especially without knowing if I could insure it as a rental.
