New Month to Month Or Addendum to Terms of Lease
I chose not to renew my current tenant (all required notices were sent) Her lease is up on 10/31/20. She asked me if I will allow her to stay for another month or two. Apparently, she is having difficulty finding a place to accommodate her limited mobility. She needs one floor living. My question is would it be better to do an addendum to the Terms of the Lease or do a new month to month lease?
I am also open to any other suggestions or options.
Thank you for any help
