Any experienced 1031 exchanger can provide some insight into this scenario?

My wife and I are new to the MTR game.

Hopefully she provides the receipt but if not you got sufficient discount to be acceptable.This is not a big enough expense to be bothered by.  

I think in the Greensboro area there are other service providers like Guardian that may encompass electricity too.
