BRRRR has emerged as a viable strategy for purchasing properties that need renovation at a discount, renovating them and then either keeping them and making money on the cash flow or selling them and making money on the difference between the new appraised value which hopefully is the sales price and the old purchase price/renovation amount and extremely important, the carrying costs.Ultimately, it's a math problem to see if you will even acquire the property and hopefully nothing goes south that you didn't anticipate.Assembling your team of professionals to help you be a success at this is crucial. 

Need to find a way to make things happen hopefully without using a bank and their extremely high interest rates.I know the educational resources are out there and I will do my homework but I wanted to try the forum out and maybe network a bit. 

Easier said than done when lending should still be extremely tight in 1-2 years when buying opportunities will start getting good. 

Sure, the prior decision was certainly based on cost, but the potential can of worms to make this location right could easily have snowballed into ripping out the wiring too, not just upgrading the location, and who knows where that wiring goes or what it feeds, a person could end up replacing all the wiring in the entire circuit, or even the building, by the time it was all said and done (extreme example I know - we both know that's more work that just running a couple wires). 

That info would be extremely helpful!

Also, how they handled the outbreak showed extreme human right violations (again, being investigated and documented).

I left feeling disappointed, house went under contract the next day, "there must be many investors like me hunting for houses."

About a month ago someone beat me out on a RE purchase and I was disappointed. 

We are mulling over how best to give people free or extremely low price access to "Recession Proof Real Estate Investing" to help address fears.

For this and other disappointing reasons, I'm in the process of locating a new agent!
