Planning to sign up for membership and i was wondering should i sign up for annual or monthly service.

However, you need to have a PRO account to do so.

If it passes inspections make sure you have rodent control in place and clean your gutters & roof regularly, do annual tree trimming etc.

It's usually just a print out of the balance from your online banking account, or could be a bank statement or someone's IRA or what have you.
