Anyone use mailers to target absent owned properties ?If so would you say they Are successful and what are good websites where I can get these addresses to send them mailers ..Thanks

They are successful if you mail in large numbers and over a consistent period of time. I mail 1500 a month and average 1 house a month from that list. In my area, that list is targeted by dozens of local and virtual wholesalers/investors so you have to stick out (like answer your phone when they call). You have to catch them at the right time. There are several companies who provide mailing services and you can find out about them by doing a search on BP. I use some of those companies as well as do some of it in house. In house is cheaper but takes a lot of time to put together so depending on what value you put on your time- may be worth having a third party do it.
