They can also set up a master key system for you if you want... you have a key that lets you into all your properties, while your tenants can only get into their own property.The lever handles they sell come with optional through bolts that the handle manufacturer recommends for frequently used doors, and I found it somewhat "entertaining" to install those bolts... the holes have to be aligned *very* well.

While I am working to close my first couple deals I will setup the contacts, infrastructure to build leads and find properties which will align to more of a buy, rehab, PM and Rent strategy.

They are typically less critical for finding deals as you point out, they are not aligned.  

Vacancy number are in alignment with 1 months rent  which s 1K a year.Does everyone think that is reasonable from a financials perspective?
