For ease of understanding, they are a turnkey promoter although I am sure with their growth they may develop other opportunites outside of connecting investors with turnkey companies/opportunities. 

I know I may get some flak for promoting PM's here, especially because most are not the good. 

It's not a cold call if they promote their number for a house they're selling.

The idea to “squash” the death benefit down as much as possible to promote the cash value growth… not the other way around.Need to work with the numbers to get it designed perfectly.

Unfortunately, all that knowledge goes to waste because the housekeeping team is rushed through cleanings by management and paid very little (they just got another pay cut late 2022) which promotes constant turn over.

I notice that many investors have been branching out to social media as a potential way to promote, market, network and generate leads. 

Is this something being promoted?

@Ben Gammon you may want to put this under Classifieds forum as it's personal promotion and the moderators will remove it.

If they perceive that you are going to leave your job for real estate, you could be passed up for promotions or the first one let go in a down turn.
