Full Service Property Manager Decision Assistance

Does anyone have experience with Awning as a property management company for short term rentals that they'd be willing to share (good or bad)? 

Alternatively, does anyone have experiences/recommendations for local full-service property management companies in the Windham/Hunter/Jewett area of NY that they'd be willing to share (good or bad)?

I know I may get some flak for promoting PM's here, especially because most are not the good.  I own a PM company with 80 or so listings and growing.  We have had some clients leave to self manage, and have reported after the fact they are making nearly the same but doing all of the work.  We are one of the only PM companies in Tampa area that are listed on Marriott, JetBlue Vacations, Allegiant Vacations, Google Vacation Rentals etc.  That extra exposure equals more bookings which softens the cost and justifies it versus the time you have to spend doing everything else.  This only works if you have a quality PM, there are definitely nightmare stories out there for sure.  I appreciate you doing your diligence in trying to achieve that! I would ask what value adds they have before signing.  I hope that helps!
