We are both super interested in realestate and believe house hacking to be the first best step to building a portfolio.We recently found a unique property.

We're wondering if anyone knows an architect who's familiar with the process who can help walk us through the permitting process (we've done extensive renovations in the past, but never in this county).Also, would love to hear any pearls of wisdom from anyone who's renovated in SF (including working through the permitting process, anything you wish you knew before you started, regulations that are unique to SF, etc.)  

Should they challenge you, even such trivial items like texts with your tenants could come handy.

I will be looking to purchase property in Cincinnati, Ohio and am looking forward to overcoming the challenges of out of state investing.I am currently a full time teacher in Boise and have been teaching for 18 years. 

The ability to use financing is one of the things that makes real estate investing so unique.

The challenge our company faces (like everyone else), is to find/buy land at a price that works for our portfolio model. 

However, I’d guess that it’s a big challenge for a lot of people to save 50% of their income.

I'm going to try and do the 90 day challenge.
