Suing a Tenant Ontario
BP Members,
Unfortunately have had a bit of a rough patch with 2 separate tenants and I am preparing for suing for non-payment.
A peterborough tenant has already been evicted but I cant find their new address in order to sue. Any ideas on how to do this?
Secondly I have a tenant in st. catharines who should be evicted shortly.
I am just wondering what people's advice is on this who have experience, and the best way or any specific pitfalls I should avoid.
Any help is appreciated, thanks BP!

Justin Herrington sorry to hear about your experience. Some people are brutal.
I don’t have experience suing tenants for missed rent. But I would take a deep look at whether it’s worth your time or not.
As long as they’re out and you can move in decent people that’s what I’d focus my energy on. Unless it’s a significant amount.
