My open house comments from visitors has reaffirmed my price.

Just because someone calls and wants to rent something does not mean that they are a suitable candidate or even actually intend to rent your property.

Millions of visitors.

I had to deal with a whole lot of crazy people before I found someone that was suitable.

A great agent brings me the deals and tells where the value is.If it is a distressed property, i want to know what could be the suitable improvements for the property.

Depending on how it looks in March I would consider finding a more suitable market.

With the north entrance to the national park along and the solitude visitors come to the desert for, we think 29 Palms has real potential.Hoping this forum will provide us with both perspectives in support of a profitable venture in 29 Palms or any cautionary tales and/or general words of wisdom for those who have experience in the area. 

., instead of installing new flooring after ripping up the old, Ralph's GC merely makes sure the subfloor is suitable for the type of floor I plan to install.  

I hope to buy my first property later this year after I meet with a real estate lawyer, find the most suitable lender, and find a skilled accountant.  

All this to say that yes there will likely be reduced visitors but people will still come.
