Buying an STR in Orlando during the pandemic

I'm thinking about buying my first STR. I like the Orlando area where I can use it as a personal vacation destination also.

With Disney closed indefinitely, what type of discount from previous prices is fair? Or is it just crazy to but in these conditions?

Any wisdom that you want to share? Any recommendations for a property manager?

Let me know if any of you are looking to sell.

I would look at properties as you should always look at properties: for the best deal. Covid hasn't been going on long enough for real estate prices to be significantly affected (yet). I have had a few clients in my market send out some 50-100k plus lowballs looking for a desperate seller and we are just not there yet. I have seen a number of panic-sellers in the current environment, but they aren't yet willing to take panic-sale prices.
