Good Morning Fellow BP'ERSI have an interesting situation on my hands.

I am recently retired and have been researching the house flipping real estate business for the past several months and am very anxious to get started. 

Nothing like waiting on the state :)  I'll be attending another broker meeting this morning as well.  

Hi Everyone,Just closed on our first property this morning and am wondering what the next steps are.SD IRA won't work because we want this to turn into a full time job where I can live off the properties, and SD IRA's I believe you can't use for your benefit until retirement.I have found a couple of posts where people use regular bank accounts to deposit their income in and a separate one for the security deposits in.What would you guys do?

Think of it like a business - if you owned a hardware store, and some guy called you at home at 2 in the morning with a request for you to come open the door so he could look around the shelves to see if he wanted to buy something from you, or from Lowes, you would say no, come back during normal business hours.

Good morning,I am trying to venture outside of the Washington, D.C. area with wholesaling and have a few people I know that could assist me in Allentown.

Good Morning BP,I work in a very small market, we meet no demographic requirements for any new/newer national tenants.

So I planned to return the next day better prepared but checked it that morning and boom - PENDING.

I will contact my attorney Monday morning.
