Question for the Commercial RE Agents - Using my time wisely
Good Morning BP,
I work in a very small market, we meet no demographic requirements for any new/newer national tenants. We just got a Chipotle in the last 2 years!
My question is- I have a relationship with a large REIT who is trying to fill space in a booming market 45 minutes north of me. Would it be worth my time and effort to focus on helping them fill there space or should I keep my nose to the grind stone and focus my efforts locally with all the mom & pop businesses?
Thanks, and I appreciate any input on this matter.
