Seems like a decent program, I will want to learn more about the underlying assets they are lending on and borrower criteria. 

If you can reasonably expect to get another offer that is matching or higher, go back to market and by all means disclose what you have learned.

@Raj KandragulaRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Of course I still need to decide which part of the country I plan on investing in (it's possible I'm moving around the country frequently in the first year, so that is making me think about the most ideal location for an initial investment).Once established and with a track record in Spain, I plan on making my first investment here in the US, most likely in the Boston/MA area.In any event, I'm excited to connect and learn from those in this group.If you know anyone with international investment properties or contacts abroad, especially in Spain, I would love to connect!

Reading, learning, and contributing to the forums.The podcasts are great but I usually skip the episodes that don't apply to my market, or when guests get start talking about overly leveraged deals.
