I come from an advertising background as a Creative Director in corporate america.

Both are actual incorporated cities while Joshua Tree is actually an unincorporated area of San Bernardino County.  

Maybe send half of the population a yellow letter and then the other half with more of a postcard/graphic letter for example.

More importantly though the boiler plate contract language in GA may not say what you think or expect it to say or it may by reference incorporate the incomplete disclosure.

You just have to incorporate those figures when you are running your numbers and see what it looks like.

Are these outside incorporated towns/cities?  

The speakers will try to incorporate this in their sessions (if possible).

@Egan Lohman Yes it will be interesting to see whay happens with this technology it's not really new but bitcoin has opened the eyes of everyone be interesting to see how real estate incorporates it
