If you could ask the BP Summit speakers ONE question - what would it be?

Here is what I am looking for:

1. Speaker's name
2. One question you'd like to have answered at the summit.

The speakers will try to incorporate this in their sessions (if possible).

Question for Will Barnard presenting The Truth About Wholesaling and Rehabbing.

How do you decide between doing two or more rehabs for a lower price point or a single higher end deal? Or another way of looking at it; how do you decide how many deals to do a year?
