Experience can be over come with liquidity and 3rd party management or bring in an experienced operator as a member. 

I've purchased a row house and looking for a professional and experienced general contractor to handle my rehab.

It may definitely get in the way when it comes to beginner investors looking immediately to Zillow or Redfin for properties and property values (as they usually do), but for experienced investors I believe they will be able to see right through their deals.I'm sure Zillow will launch a massive marketing plan for this platform, and will catch the eyes of many.

I am experiencing an issue where my properties values are increasing much faster than the market rent can keep up with.

Unless the home inspector is also an engineer they can’t do both.

Most engineering is complete.

Not enough young people (like you and me) reflect on anything these days :)I would suggest reaching out and connecting with local, experienced investors that are doing what you are.

I am not experienced with really any of this but using this community and others im extremely excited to get started. 

Currently I am interested in using rental properties (single or multi-family) to be the vehicle for that travel, but since we have little in the form of a cash cushion I am eager to learn more about other strategies.I look forward to interacting with y’all and if anyone is in Southern California and wants to meet up (be it fellow newbies trying to figure things out, or experienced real estate titans ready to pass on their knowledge) my wife and I would love it!
