@Emerson Hazell We don't have "trouble" with them, but we take them into consideration when evaluating a deal in Springfield, versus say Enfield (which is 15 minutes south and across the MA/CT border for those who don't know).

The only drawback to having a K-1 on your return is the liquidity test underwriters must run against the company so an evaluation of the balance sheet is important to make sure the client doesn't fall into this trap.
