So far we've been able to do all these things here in NC, so we are enjoying our stay.My goal is to increase my net worth to $1,000,000 or more by August 2020, by investing in multi family homes (buy & hold), and single family properties (flipping/buy & hold).

Unless you and your family are already living in a multi-unit have have neighbors on top of you, I don't think it will be an enjoyable experience.

Also, one of our future enhancements that is high on our roadmap is a Payment Request feature to send an invoice/request for a misc. payment so that is something we have already started brainstorming on.
