It's like having our own apartments (bedrooms) within a house and sharing the common areas.Utilities and repairs can eat up a lot of the profits if you're not careful, and there's wear/tear on one's house.

You cant have your cake and eat it too.

Anyway, it is smarter for the bank to eat that loss instead of writing it off as bad debt in their book and foreclosure cost money.  

Even at a substantial discount the property tax would eat you alive and result in negative cash flow.

I'd rather call during lunch and then eat at my desk and work.

Stop eating out, drinking, smoking, drinking $5 lattes, or whatever is wasting your money and tighten your budget.

Or would you just eat the cost out of pocket?
