I'm also interested in long-distance investing as the market I'm in is pricey.

I have recently started to look Into philly but I’m hesiatant due to the distance .

I am from NH so I will be doing long distance investing and I would love to learn from experienced rental property owners in the area to get feedback on all things owning rentals in Jacksonville.I am looking to BRRRR the properties. 

Should I already have my Property Manager and Contractors set up before I even buy a property in a long distance BRRRR, or is that okay to set up after I purchase a property?

Would you recommend long distance investing for a beginner ?
