Hi guys, my name is Justin. I'm 26 and I work as an engineering tech in Saskatoon, Canada. 

I'm new to the real estate game and am currently diving in to learning as much as I can. I've been interested in owning a rental property for several years but only recently committed myself to achieving that goal. I've been listening to as many BP podcasts and reading as many real estate related books as possible in order to absorb any info I can.

My goal is to purchase a rental property for myself using the BRRRR method. I'm also interested in long-distance investing as the market I'm in is pricey. I'm currently looking into the possibility of investing in America as a Canadian - it seems there are lots of opportunities there! If anyone has experience in cross-border investing, please let me know!
