A very common phrase that I redundantly use is "It's not about timing the game, it's time in the game" and you are in the game!

Rise48 is issuing a K-1 and the requisite accounting fees that go along with that, and then Spark will have to take that K-1 and split it apart to get to you, another set of accounting fees each year.  

This is somewhat common.

The issue is that we can't find window guards that would work/fit these windows.

The basement, which is what I’m considering for a third unit, is about 1,000 sqft so I don’t think I would have any issues with the size.
