I cant stand the daily 8-5 working in an office, so being successful in this game can't come soon enough (even if my 8-5 turns into a 6-6).I have learned so much already from this site and I look forward to my continued education, and maybe some meaningful contribution now and again.

It's my understanding that we're still coming out of the last ice age.I think most reasonable scientists would tell you that there is far from enough evidence to conclude that we're contributing to the warming in any significant way.There's just not a good enough understanding of how the climate works and the technology we have to collect data just isn't advanced enough to determine what (if any) level of causation is there, despite what politically motivated scientists would tell you.The problem is, the two issues have gotten tangled up.

Many members contribute to this site in a number of different formats.

This is something that I find truly attractive and I plan to gain and contribute as much as possible.

I can't say enough about the generosity of the other members contributing their time and experience.

I've decided to pursue real estate in a more focused manner.My plan is to focus on wholsaling REO's intitially and look forward to picking at everyone's brains until I'm competent enough to close some deals and actually contribute to this great site!
