Approved Short Sales

I thought it would be very helpful to start a thread where we track approved short sales and some chosen details. That way, as investors, we can better track the progress from the lender to lemnder or servicer to servicer.

Below is the information I am suggesting be posted so let me know if any should be added. In order to avoid the posting of sensitive information, please do not put addresses or individual information including names in the posting.

1st Mortgage
Name of Lender/Servicer:
Is Buyer on A to B an Investor?:
How long did the approvall take:?
Any per diem?
Any Restrictions:?
Any Commission Reduction?:
An extension request made, if so was it granted?

2nd Mortgage
Name of Lender/Servicer:
Is Buyer on A to B an Investor?:
How long did the approvall take:?
Any per diem?
Any Restrictions:?
Any Commission Reduction?:
Any extension requests made, if so was it granted?

If this was an A to B, B to C, was it successful?:
If it was an A to c or retail buyer, did it close successfully?:

Hey Scott-

Would it be helpful to know what the bank discounted below BPO value?
