If you can't understand why you can't post income to the equity accounts, then you shouldn't be attempting accounting. 

FHA will (should) know if you are attempting to buy another FHA home in violation of your residency requirement on the first home, so if you can go forward that might answer that question.

That is simply the period where the loan has defaulted and special high touch servicing takes place to attempt to resolve the default by the allowed remedies.

If the employee has been properly trained, and it can be determined that they were not doing their job in the manner trained, then you can claim employee negligence and attempt to get an OSHA violation reduced or dropped after an injury, but this doesn't do much to help you with the worker's comp claims.

Sounds as though someone is attempting to enter into the REI arena with little or no knowledge on how a real estate transaction works.
