We're selling some commercial buildings (mostly warehouses) and if somebody asked for a 90-day extension (whether or not we had a prior relationship with them) we'd scoff.

I do screen tenants prior to showings so am not wasting time with those who may not be qualified.

@Tyler Segebarth In our local Jacksonville, NC market is very common to have it in the lease agreement that the property can be shown 30-60 days prior to the end of the lease.
