foreclosures for the same reasons  houses cant be fixed and owners walking away.. fema to slow etc etc.from what I understand investor don't qualify for fema only owner occ.. ( is that correct) we don't deal with fema here in Oregonor Vegas .. were I run around.. might just have to come back into town and get in the auction game !!!
