Long-term investors should have a "boots on the ground team" to handle key transfers, property tours, inspections, ect.

They said once they see it, they will decide when they will sign the lease (they've already had 2 tours of the house next door with the same floorplan).

We toured an 840 sq. ft. 2br/1ba home that cost $60k (base) and came in at around $90k as constructed.

She found the property and after running the numbers on returns decided that I was interested in touring and learning more.
