In roughly 5 years, I might move or demolish my home and develop tri-plex condos in my popular neighborhood, Ballard.

I am representing the seller on a 4 plex that is closing with an FHA loan this week, and as you know, in our area it is very popular right now to invest in multifamily. 

I'd look for something 2013 or later, because I would definitely want something with a chapter on the recession, what we learned, how it played out, and what we as a society did about it.That last bit, "what we as a society did about it," is rarely depicted or discussed in popular culture (aside from bit--ing about how hard it is to get a mortgage now-a-days).

It’s a popular topic these days, with TV shows, books, blogs, and everything else giving their input, so I jumped at the opportunity.

Finally, Juries don't just hand verdicts out, contrary to what popular press reports may tell you (at least that's my experience).  

If that's a popular way to get deals in the counties I'm looking in then I definitely want to hear more about it but I'm pretty open at this point :)  Joe, I'm assuming you specialize in flipping foreclosures then?
